Located on Midsummer Boulevard in Central Milton Keynes, Acorn House provides outstanding conference facilities that have been developed to meet the needs of the growing Milton Keynes community.

With state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, flexible space and a professional ambience, the facilities are ideal for a wide range of conferences, meetings, training workshops, exhibitions and seminars.

Available to both corporate and voluntary sector hirers, the conference facilities are offered at a reduced rate to local charities and voluntary groups as part of the Foundation’s commitment to supporting and strengthening the local voluntary sector.

 The Conference Suite - Room Hire Package

• Accommodates up to 80 people theatre style
• Disabled access
• Media wall with two wide screen plasma screens, projectors, whiteboards and flipcharts
• High speed internet connection
• Comfort cooling
• Blackout blinds and dimmable lighting
• Pads and pens
• Hearing loops 
• Registration area in foyer
• Water dispenser
• Catering area with two large refrigerators and hot water point.

The Conference Suite can be divided into two separate rooms, accommodating up to 25 people boardroom style and 40 people theatre style in each room plus Meeting Room C.

Meeting Room C (Breakout Room) - Room Hire Package

• Accommodates up to 25 people theatre style
• Accommodates up to 15 people boardroom style
• Disabled access
• Comfort cooling
• Dimmable lighting
• Pads and pens
• Flipchart and whiteboard.

The meeting rooms are serviced with refreshments at an additional cost.
