Hot Desk Package

As part of our project to develop Acorn House into a flagship building to meet the needs of the growing Milton Keynes community, we have established a dedicated hot desk suite for use by local charities, voluntary sector organisations and small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).

Your organisation can book a work desk in Acorn House for two hourly sessions, on a half-day basis, or for full days at a time. Hot desks must be booked and paid for in advance and are non-refundable. Block bookings are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

The Hot Desk Package includes:

  • Use of a high specification Acorn House computer with broadband access, printer and Microsoft Office software
  • Secure password log in for each user and a dedicated storage folder on the Acorn House server
  • Dedicated e-mail account
  • Newly decorated, professional office space (shared with a maximum of seven other users at any one time)
  • The option to purchase competitively priced office stationery from our central purchasing scheme
  • A postal address in Central Milton Keynes for regular users
  • Limited document storage for regular users.
